Convenient location! 🏔️ Close to all the main ski slopes and town center, making it easy to get around to places like Rudolfshof.

The room that given to me was underground room,,,,,,,,,with no ac in the hotel and it was not good value if the money at allllllllll

Perfectly clean, hip new hotel, I truly enjoyed good sized rooms and accommodating staff. Booked a room with large walk out balconies. The location was favourable and magnificent, for example, Maiskogel Family Mountain was just a short walk away from the property.

Very highly priced with no air conditioner when we stayed there the temperature was 35 degrees celcius . not even ceiling fans in the room. breakfast not at all good.

Best base for exploring Kaprun. Amazing breakfast for the start of the day with cheeses and pancakes and yoghurts. Clean room, a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets in the room. Good pool, parking on site. Everything good👍😄

the location is excellent and the hotel staff are friendly and nice
i did not like the idea that the hotel does not provide an iron and an iron board for private ironning. if you need to do ironing, you have to contact the hotel receiption to arrange for that ahead of time.

During my stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel and its facilities. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes via the free ski bus. Its proximity to many tourist attractions, including the salt mines, made it a convenient base to explore this city. Additionally, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

Kleen, nice staff, good brakefast, free parking, quite location. I would recomend it for familys.
No iron in the rooms. No wifi in rooms. Onley wired connection in the rooms.

Great service, excellent kitchen, 5 star breakfast, great kid area. Big rooms, slightly outdated for the price - we used a deluxe room - 28 sq.m.. Nice bathrooms.
Slightly overpriced, regardless of the great service.
